This page applies during Zeerus's free beta testing period, before paid plans and formal legal review are in place. It's a plain-English summary, not a substitute for the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Data Processing Addendum drafts, which describe the same practices in more formal detail.
You're using Zeerus during an early testing period, at no cost. There's no payment involved, no contract, and no commitment beyond what's described here. Either of us can stop at any time.
Zeerus is a real, working product: client records, policies, reminders, and everything else behave the way they're supposed to, and it's been built with real security practices (tenant-isolated data access, encrypted storage, audited access controls). But the formal Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Data Processing Addendum are still working drafts awaiting a lawyer's review, and won't be finalized until Zeerus moves past this beta stage.
If you enter real client information during the beta (names, contact details, policy data), it's handled the same way it will be once Zeerus is fully live: stored securely, isolated from every other agency's data, and never sold or used for anything other than running the Service for you. See the Privacy Policydraft for the full detail on what's collected and how it's used. The practices described there already reflect how the beta actually works, even though the document itself is still in draft form.
Because this is beta software, there's a higher chance of bugs than in a finished product. If you're not comfortable with that risk for a particular client's information, we'd rather you hold off entering it until the beta period ends.
When Zeerus moves to paid plans, you'll be notified before anything changes for your account. Nothing converts to a paid subscription automatically or without your say-so. You can export your data or close your account at any time, during the beta or after.
